Biography
Renice Jones is the Director of the Office of Student Engagement at the Rotman School of Management. She leads the student affairs team supporting the Full Time and Extended (Morning/Evening) MBA Programs. This team is responsible for, among other things, providing individual academic advising to 900+ students and developing programming to foster a healthy and inclusive student learning community.
Throughout her 20-year career in higher education, her experiences have focused on serving communities of graduate, undergraduate, and professional learners with responsibility for student life, registrarial services, program development, recruitment, admissions and marketing at the University of Guelph-Humber, York University’s Schulich School of Business, and (most recently) the University of Toronto’s Temerty Faculty of Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, her MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University, and her Master of Education from U of T’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE).
